Date of Birth: 6/3/1994

 

A regular member of City's junior sides he joined the full academy set up in July 2010. An accomplised full back who attended Sutton High school, were he excelled at athletics and was a member of Warrington Athletics Club.

 

Luke has been with City since the age of 8, his brother Sam is also on the books of City, over the years his progression to academy level has taken in a number of positions.

 

He began as an attacking player, then a central midfielder, before becoming a right wing player and then finally it was decided he should play at right back.

 

Born in Weston Super Mare, he moved to the North West at the age of six and was scouted for trials with City after playing for a local team in the Runcorn area.
